Many area fitness clubs cater to specific types of people. At EveryBody Fitness, we design our programs to engage ALL types of people and every level of body fitness.
You’ll start with an individualized assessment to help determine your starting fitness level and develop an exercise program just for you. And it doesn’t stop there. Our helpful staff will support you, offering assistance with using equipment safely, proper technique, and logging and tracking your progress.
Every month we will re-evaluate your personal fitness program, making appropriate changes and adjustments along the way so you can continue to get the results you want. Our goal is to keep your workouts mentally fun, interesting and motivating as well as physically effective and challenging.
One Step at a Time
If you are just starting out or have extenuating circumstances, you may not be ready to come to EveryBody Fitness yet, and that is okay, too. We offer FREE home-based exercise guidance to improve flexibility and strength and to meet your unique needs.
