Hoop Fitness Classes

HOOP FITNESS

An aerobic workout with a Hula Hoop!! If you have never been able to hoop or haven’t hooped in decades, yes you can learn. This class teaches you to properly Hula Hoop so you can redefine your waistline. Class consists of ab work as well as leg and upper body which is incorporated as your technique grows. A fun, calorie torching class!

Hi/Lo Resist-A-Ball

HI/LOW RESIST-A-BALL

This class includes strength training and core exercises all mixed into one complete workout. It is a great way to get the most out of your trip into the fitness center. Give this 1 hour workout at try!

Aqua Exercise Classes

An enjoyable non-impact cardio workout in the water. Start with 30 minutes of fun cardio moves and finish class using the noodle to tone and strength. Get in shape or stay in shape with this class while being gentle to your body! All welcome! Intensity level is moderate to intense.

Get ready to BRING IT!! The sweat shoppe is a H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) workout to challenge your speed and cardiovascular endurance. You’ll travel from station to station, experiencing different workouts with a variety of motion and endurance levels.

A mind-body connection class that takes you through a series of yoga poses and breathing techniques to increase flexibility, improve balance and release the mind and body of stress.

Cardio Step & PLYO

CARDIO STEP & PLYO

Increase your calorie burn using a combination of step aerobics and plyometrics. Plyomterics is a training technique designed to increase muscle power and stamina allowing for an increase in calorie expenditure.
