Advanced (Paid) Personal Training

Our Personal Training Department is dedicated to your success.

We provide an affordable personal training experience through Private/Semi- Private, or Team Training formats. All sessions are based on Functional Movement Training and highly effective! In the Private/Semi-Private personalized setting you will be exposed to in depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.Team Training is just that…training with a team of like-minded individuals who all want a fun and effective workout.  The Team Training sessions are a little bit faster paced by design and a little more metabolic in nature, and are appropriate for all levels of fitness including beginners, male or female. There is still individual customization based on your personal assessments. Working with a Certified Fitness Coach is a whole new experience at EveryBody Fitness!
